Returns

BirdBarns wants to make you happy. With exceptions noted below, you may return new, unused, and resalable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please let us know if this is the case. Goods that arrived damaged may be replaced at no cost based on our discretion.

If you are returning an order, items must be returned in their original product packaging. Complete the form below and we'll contact you with return directions.

All products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product.

Exceptions - Sap Buckets are non-returnable. Please see the explanation within the Sap Bucket items in the store.

Holiday Returns Policy: Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 15. All other guidelines apply.
